YA. Student ln the beginning of our iunior year when to most of us Central Dauphin was merely a dream, representatives from each of the schools to be iained together were meeting ance a month, dis- cussing problems which had to be settled by the coming September. They decided such things, as school colors, nickname, football cheers, style af jackets and other problems at hand. This group was known as the Student Advisory Council. About the middle of November of our senior year, the student body elected what was known as the Temporary Student Steering Committee. They had the task at settling one of the biggest prob- 'Q it Dance Bond DIRECTOR Mr. Gingrich Ballet Club ADVISOR Mrs. Christman MOR Temporary Miss de Lone Student Steering Committee ADVISOR Mr. Olson '-and X x Council lems of Central Dauphin this year-choosing a standard class ring! The Temporary Student Steering Committee worked diligently on the school lunch problem and various other items. Those members not in the above picture are Jon Robbins, Barbara Runk, Jack Etnoyer, Ralph Mummert. Finally, in the latter part of January, we chose the members of our permanent Student Council. They established a constitution and attempted to settle all other student problems this year. We are grateful for the counciling of these three organizations and wish to thank them sincerely.
