Youth Each November the Harrisburg Patriot News and the Exchange Club join in sponsoring the Youth Festival. Representatives f rom area high schools help to plan the gala dance. This year East's Carl Chronister was chairman, presiding over a five-hour continuous program filled with danc- ing, talent acts, and the presentation of sixteen Teen Queens. Pat Hummel was selected by the student body to reign as Miss Central Dauphin East.
