During this period, it has been my pleasure to extend a word of congratulations to many students who have completed their college education at this college. There has been no class more deserving of this recognition than yours. Each year as I observe the coming and going of students, I become increasingly impressed with the significance of higher education. It has been a constant source of satisfaction to observe the achievements of the graduates in the classrooms and elsewhere.
