JACK HOROWITZ—Has as his ambition to be a farmer. A member of the Hebrew Youth Movement. Came from Winnipeg. HUGH HUMPHRIES—A quiet fellow who claims he used to be a genius but doesn’t do homework any more. I.S.C.F. member. DON HYMAS—Wants to be an engineer. He is a radio enthusiast and Troup Lead¬ er in Boy Scouts. Enjoys hiking. JOAN JACKSON—A clever newcomer who excels in Art. She is a future Commer¬ cial Artist and has interests in the Navy! CATHRYN JAMIESON — Doesn ' t take many periods with us but we wish there were more. Future—Another nurse. JEAN JAMIESON—This gal with the bright personality attends school in the mornings only. Secretary of Room 3. KATHLEEN JARVIS—Is a shy farmerette who likes the great outdoors. A nurse’s cap will look well on her blonde curls. BILL JOHNSON—Noted for his flashy ties, sports jacket and plaid shoe laces. He is a saxaphone fiend who enjoys hockey. EVERETH JOHNSON—A keen Trig stu¬ dent who is always cheerful. He is a member of the Sea Cadets. GWEN JONES—Dark-haired miss with a pleasing personality who is a member of Senior Girls ' Hi-Y. Future—Varsity. JIM KERR—A newcomer to C.C.I., Jim is a Reserve Army ma n who is fond of skiing and basketball. Well liked by all. BEVERLY KIRBY—Peppy member of the Kappa Zi, Weeper Staff and a Miss Canada. Her future lies in Art. NORMAN LAMBY—A member of the Re¬ serve Highlanders and a Sea Cadet. Seems eo enjoy Trig—we wonder why? LORNA LEWIS—This dark-eyed miss is a member of the Omega Chi Delta Sorority and the Bowling Club. Enjoys dancing. DON LOVE—Secretary of the Sigma Rho Fiat, and a member of Hi-Y. Hasn ' t any ambition as yet. Likes hockey. BETH MacGREGOR—A member of the Chi Beta Rho, a Miss Canada and Assist¬ ant Editor of the Analecta. DEAN MacLAGGEN—Hopes to join the Air Force when he finishes school. He spends his time building plane models. ARCHIE MADORSKY—Belongs to the A.Z.A. and R.C.A.S.C. (R). Plays rugby and basketball. Collects jive music.

He collects records and likes Chemistry. LORNA GLEN—Awards and Exchange Editor of the Analecta. A member of the Bowling Club and Omega Ser Dicha. GILDA GOBLE—This petite miss is work¬ ing hard to become an air hostess. At present her problem is passing Trig. MARY GOODCHILD—A member of Kap¬ pa Gamma and an ardent skier. A future nurse who hopes to train in Vancouver. PAULINE GRAHAM—Excels in Art which she intends to make her career. Hobbies are collecting records, skating, dancing. ISABELL GRIFFITHS—Member of Kappa Zeta Beta, who hopes to enrol at the Uni¬ versity of Washington soon. DOROTHY GRIFFITHS—A very shy girl who comes from Saskatoon. Is a good student and wants to be a nurse. SHELDON GUREVITCH—Member of the ICadima and A.Z.A. Frats. Favorite pas¬ time would seem to be snooker. JANE HAAS —Blue-eyed blonde who plays the violin for Junior Symphony. Hopes to study Music and Art after graduating. GOLDIE HANEN—Belongs to Emuna Sor¬ ority and likes dancing and skating. Plans to be a Hebrew teacher. JOHN HANTHO —President of Room 2 and a Delta Rho man, John is an excellent student. Plays hockey and basketball. ERIC HEDIN—Hails from out of town and enjoys basketball games and dances, es¬ pecially those at Crescent? LOIS HILL—Editor of the Weeper and a Miss Canada. A member of the Kappa Zi and Alumni Editor of the Analecta. NORMA HILL—A member of the Kappa Zi who likes dancing. Always wears a bright smile. Chief worries: Physics and men. ADELLE HODGSON—Member of the French Club and I.S.C.F. Likes outdoor sports and aims to be a nurse. BETH HOPKINS—Member of the Omega Chi Delta Sorority who aims to own a fur coat (especially mink!) Likes dancing. BOB HORNE—A member of the Glencoe Club and an ardent bowler. Bob is an enthusiastic skier and enjoys basketball.

Plays the piano. HOWARD McDIARMID—A member of the Phi Beta Phi Frat and the Bowling Club. A champion swimmer. GWEN McDONALD—Popular member ot the Kappa Zi Sorority, Hi-Y and a Miss Canada. President of Room 5. MILDRED McLAGGAN—This pleasant gal has ambitions to become a psychologist in future years. She likes reading. SARAH McMULLAN—Vice-President of Room 5 and a member of Senior Hi-Y. She is a cheerful girl. A future nurse. ELLEN-ANN MILLARD—Charming mem¬ ber of the Sigma Alpha Tau, usually seen with Louise Byers. Excels in Chem. HAROLD MILLICAN—Member of K.K.T. and Hi-Y. Hal is every teacher’s pride and joy and is often used as their example. MARNEY MILNER—Clever and talented musician and a member of the Phi Beta Zi. Hopes to become a nurse. MARY LOU MOORE—Is planning to fin¬ ish school this year. A superb skater and a member of the Bowling Club. JEAN MORRIS—Newcomer to Central this year and a popular miss. Belongs to the Bowling Club. Has many friends here. BILL MULLOY—“Doc” wants to take up medicine after he gets out of Central. He is a member of the Delta Rho.
