While we cannot live in the past, moments of pleasure and accomplishment are long to be remem- bered. This annual, a written and pictorial of the year's happenings, will help each individual to recall the good times which were shared with others. But let us remember that the education which person received was not confined to that imparted by the school. The parent, the church, the neigh- bor, the group on the street, etc. all played an important part in our lives during the past school year. As we scan the pages of this book, let us all be thankful for the American system of education and the value which it places upon the association of individuals in conjunct activities.
