Robert D’Aurelio Ann Davidson David Deal After a week of hectic campaigning, Helen Ann Raley, Toni Pucci, Mary Jo Shane, Linda Bressi, Doug Childress, Dick Tondra, Bill Shacffcr, and Ed Ojdana were elected to lead the Sophomore Class. With the help of co- moderators Brother Leo and Sister Marjorie, they produced the successful sophomore dance, a colorful Holiday in Holland.” Central pulled the football surprise of the year by upsetting Warren Harding, 8-0. The team was welcomed home by a wildly cheering student body at a special victory rally. Sophomore cheerleaders Mary Bordner, Joyce Helline, Judy Farwick, Mickey Lombardi, and Judy Roska added to the spirit of the season. Attendants to the football king and queen were Georgia Cox and Sophomore Varsity Star Ron Hoover. The F.B.L.A. and G.A.A. were formed . . . Kay Donecker was selected Miss Uniform” by her class . . .
