Brother D Cyril instructs Athe class of IJS in the fine points of sentence diagraming. Brother feels this is one of the most important parts of English grammar, why not'79 The tentative decision as to what career he will follow in life, is decided upon by the Junior year. During the course of this year, a student must select the field for which he is best equipped. A junior is offered a selection of three courses: Arts, Sciences, and the Commercial course, Care' ful thought and consideration must be given before choosing the course which will be the basis for his future occupation. Brother E. James explains to this junior class, the correct procedure in solving this perplexing chemistry problem. Chemistry, as the juniors will agree, is not an easy subject.

Brother G. Thomas and three mem- bers of this junior class give this very beautiful Christmas display a close in- spection. Many of the Brothers arc known for their outstanding displays at Christmas and during May. Brother E. Thomas, History instructor, tests this junior class on last night's homework. Brother Thomas was among the group of Brothers that opened the doors of Central to Pitts- burgh's Catholic youth. The best way to start the day is exem- plified by Brother Vincent's Junior class, as they recite the morning pray- ers. A boy's spiritual as well as mental powers are developed at Central.
