TE CHI G During that allfimportant period of life, high school, youth is faced with the problem of crossing the gap between boyhood and manhood-fphysically, mentally, and spiritually. Central Catholic constitutes the best bridge for the crossing. It carries us readily over each section of this span. The Christian Brothers are the mainstays of this bridge through their selffappointed task of providing the special support and guidance which we need By following the dictates laid down hy their founder, Saint john Baptist de La Salle, these molders of the entire man, consecrate their lives to God's service, helping their students to know, love and serve Him, Humble, but firm in his convictions, patient and selffsacrificing, yet inspiring in his leadership, the Christian Brother has been an indispensable guide in our progress to God.
