Extra-curricular a c t i v i t i e s play an important pait in thc life of a Centralite. In the Christmas pageant, Chris Fotta portravs Our Blessed Mother who offers aid to all who seek her in prayer. The Madonna, which heautifies the front entrance, is the work of the art students, studying under the direction of Father Amicucci. In a .practical xlein, Amy Hergenrother, Dan Paladino, Carol Novitsky, Robbie lylartini, and kathy Mancini plan advance publicity for the money-raising Friendship Seven evening. That the students are in- terested in civic altairs is evident by active participa- tion in a local contest spon- sored for the purpose of im- proving the DuBois area.
