Everyone worked together well I feel we hod people with outstanding work qualities who weren't afraid to use them it was an outstanding, season and my most enjoyable in my 16 years coaching -Coach Mendlik The Bluejays proved alot of doubtful preseason speculations wrong with a winning 14-4 record this year A 5th place ranking m the Omaha World Herald and their champion trophy at the West Pomt Holiday Tournament lighted the Bluejay's season They also finished the season ranking 8th m the Norfolk Daily News The hard work and determination of every member of the team really did pay off Congratulations on a great season guys!
