But if we are wise we know that there’s always tomorrow. Lean On Me. When your not strong and I'll help you carry on. For it won't be long Till I'm gonna need somebody to lean on. Please swallow your pride if I have things you need to borrow. For no one can fill those of your needs that you won’t let show. You just call on me brother when you need a hand. We all need somebody to lean on. I just might have a problem that you'll understand. We all need somebody to lean on. Lean On Me. Wrhen you're not strong and I'll be your friend. I’ll help you carry on. For it won't be long Till I'm gonna need somebody to lean on. You just call on me brother When you need a hand. We all need somebody to lean on. If there is a load you have to bear that you can't carry I'm right up the road. I'll share your load if you just call me. If you need a friend. These included Journalism, The Novel, Black Lit., Drama, Debate, Mythology, Supernatural Lit., Indian Lit., and others. Not only did these courses offer something that would interest everyone, but they also brought the students together. Instead of having Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior English classes, anyone could sign up for any course they wanted and therefore students from all four grades were in the same classes. It was a year of great pride as the girls saw the Jay team defeat many teams in all sports. The girls two big events were Homecoming, a big success, and the Sports Banquet. We know the boys will never forget all the chants, posters, booster tags, pep rallies, and a little encouragement from the side. Hang in there guys, We're with ya all the way!!!! We got the Blue Pride ya!!! GO BIG BLUE f SPIRIT WEEK A week of spirit, anticipation, and hope for the best—cheering, and chanting in the halls, bonfire, and posters everywhere. These were just some of the things leading up to the important night. The spirit throughout the school was unending. Everyone was waiting for the big game and the dance. The spirit in our school was as high as it could get! We all felt unity, friendship, and hard work for an event that meant so much to each and everyone of us. Debbie Burger and Joe McGill reigned over the event. Bluejay Territory was the theme chosen by the pep club, and was carried out in the school colors of blue and white. Aksarben Bridge supplied the music and everyone had an enjoyable night.
