CANDY CROWNED AT 9WEETHEART BALL This year the theme of the Valentine Dance was the Sweetheart Ball. The dance was held in the Clinton Room on February 13, from 8:00 to 11:00 and was sponsored by the music department. For the first time this dance was open to all classes, and it was the biggest turnout ever. The C.C. Dance Band provided the music, and among their selections were the polka and the bunny hop. Refreshments were served by the sophomores, and the oand worked on the decorations. The main event of the evening was the crowning of the queen. Candy Creason. Other members of the court were seniors, Jana Rauch and Jeanne Shaffer, end juniors, Janet Sample and Kitty Houser.
