THE TWIHLEH5 Another first with the class of M411-li is the baton twirling corps. From the time of its establishment in G'4l',, it has improved rapidly. Dressed in white satin uniforms, the girls appeared frequently at bas- ketball games. Everyone enjoyed their performances immensely. At Christmas they took part in the annual Christmas program. Between the halves of basketball games this year Paul Ueber provided entertainment. 'cAn old hand at that sort of thingfl Paul literally brought the house down on numerous occasions with his rafter-throwing antics. Paul is a senior and has been twirling for four years. The twirling field offers unlimited opportunities to newcomers. In all probability the dawning of future years shall find an excellent and en- larged group of twirlers at C. C. It is our fervent hope that the corps. in which some of us are charter members. may survive through the years and become another traditional C. C. source of pride. TWIRLERS flefl to right! M.
