Page 2 Foreword f'Books are keys to wisdom's treasures, and so the Centri- petal, the Master Key, unlocks for its readers the door to valued remembrances of life at Central Catholic over the past year. With the Key of Wisdom it opens to View the administration -those men and women whose lives and Work develop, spir- itually and scholastically, all the youth entering the portals of Central. The faculty, employing the Key of Knowledge, intro- duces the students to the classroom, where by diligent study and persistent application, these students cull the rewards and satis- factions of education. As the year progresses each Centralite, selecting either the Key of Fortitude or the Key of Understanding, enters the Held of athletics, endeavoring to uncover and experience the happi- ness there, or involves himself in one or more of the many other extra-curricular activities. The treasures attainable by use of these keys are numerous, and the final compilation of them a synopsis of the 1954-1955 school life at Central Catholic High.
