They were sources of pride and pleasure to the seniors and brought much credit to the school. With the records of former classes staring them in the face, present seniors were loath to say, No yearbook. Yet they realized the serious- ness of the financial situation in Toledo, there- fore they decided to edit this more compact, less expensive Centripetal which containing, as it does, the individual pictures of all the students, an account of the activities of general interest in which they participated, and a record of the major events of the school year, is bound to af- ford them, in later years, much pleasure and enjoyment.
