The industrial courses are de- signed to give students a good basis in skills which will help them in their future occupations. These courses, under the direc- tion of Mr. Detwiler, aid the students in developing talents connected with manual arts. Throughout the year, stu- dents work on projects and learn techniques from their instruc- tors. Home Economics Exotic smells and beautifully finished clothing came out of the Home Eco- nomics suite again this year. However, more than tangible projects were formed in the homemaking coursesg stu- dents studied food nutrition, interior decorating, and child care as well.
