MISS BERGER Class Advisor ...--fi To start off the year, the Seniors tackled the magazine campaign, which proved to be very profitable. With the coming of football season, the class sponsored sock dances that continued through basketball season. In October the Senior boys ran a scrap drive, expanding our treasury. November 18 and 19 the dramatically inclined members of our class appeared in the Senior play called The Torchbearersf' Sleighbell Serenade, the Seniors' gala Christmas dance, held December 28, will be long remembered by all who attended. Despite many activities, we were all working toward our future years in college and various occupations. Everyone took Kuder Preference Tests. The non' college bound Seniors took the U. S. Employment Battery of Tests, and the college bound took the Juniata Test. Twelve top Seniors took the Merit Scholarship Examination. Each Tuesday in january groups of Senior P, O. D. students trooped to the U. N. April 18, 19, and '10 was our trip to Washington, D, C., the climax of our wonderful Senior year!
