The President . Pledge To Serve New Guidance and Direction Taking on the vast responsibility of being the president of Central Boble College, Reverend H. Maurice Lednicky comes to the college with years of experience. Brother Lednicky graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God College in 1963. At Southwestern, he was an honor student and ministered both on and off campus. Brother Lednicky received his ministerial license and ordination in 1964. He has served many years in youth and pastoral ministries, and has been on the boards of Hillcrest Chil- dren's Home, Board of Teen Challenge of the Arkansas and as a member of C.B.C.'s board of Directors. Our President Lednicky has pledged to serve this institu- tion as the Lord leads and directs. We are confident that Brother Lednicky will do a superb job in presiding and guiding C.B.C. for we realize that it is the Spirit that leads the individual in his daily affairs. Presidentf19

Maurice Lednicky pledged to serve as the fourth full-time president of Central Bible College in his inauguration at ten o'clock on October 30, 1980. The invocation was lead by Reverend Gene Jackson, district superintendent of Tennessee. Scriptures were then read by Dr. Charles Kendrick, superintendent of the Oak Grove School System, Oak Grove, Missouri. Following this, the choir sang 'All I Need.' The inaugural address was given by Dr. Arthur Mallory, Commissioner of Education, Missouri State Board of Education. Dr. Thomas F. Zimmerman, chairman, Board of Directors, gave the charge and prayer of consecration in the inaugura- tion. Marcia Lednicky then sang an inspiring song of consecration and committment. The inauguration service was ended by the Lord's Prayer which was sung by the Revivaltime Choir. i

Norman Surratt Mr. Howard Gentry Central Bible College is owned and operated by the General - Council of the Assemblies of Bod. Essentially, the Board of Chalrlnan Directors is the guardian of the college. Their responsibility is to promote the ideals of the college, properly implement all legal acts concerning the college, and to preserve the Dr- Thomas F. purposes for which the college was founded. Zimmerman The Board of Directors consist of fifteen members, all of whom are dedicated men of God. These men not only pro- vide the leadership of this institution, but also provide the strong example of 'ministers' of the Gospel. They are a select group of individuals. The execution of their policy is properly channeled through the Board of Administration. The matter of daily adminis- tration lies directly within the authority of these men. They are in a sense, our legal guardians. But more than that, they provide the daily example of leadership. Though the leadership of Central Bible College is in the Presldent hands of these men, they will be quick to note that it is the direction of the Holy Spirit that guides them.
