refreshing. WWI! Worshipping in His presence In February of this year God wrought among us a great spiritual awakening as for more than two weeks-morning, afternoon, and night-we worshipped in His presence. By the mighty preaching of the Spirit-illumined Word, God revealed His holy person. What else could there be then but a cry of woe is me because of sin. Awareness of these sins brought about new realization of the cleansing power of the blood and the value of the atonement. Messages from the Word revealed that God desires for us to have clgan, broken hearts and contrite spirits. For all about us people are feeding upon our spiritsg and only when we become broken bread in Christ's hands can He feed the hungry world as He fed the multitudes in the desert. Self was crucified that Christ might live in us. Accompanying this identification with Christ came a glorious free- dom and unity in the Spirit. Transition from one stage of learning to another was exclusively the prerogative of the Holy Spirit. His wondrous workings stabilized our faith in the Word of God and created within us great desire to know Calvary love toward God and man. Many experienced divine healings, numbers were baptized in the Holy Spirit, al l received new revelations of Christ-but numbers and words can never relate what marvels were accomplished as God-yea, verily God-moved. PSALMS 5111, 7-13 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy loving kind- ness: according unto the mul- titude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and glad- nessg that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O Godg and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy pres- enceg and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvationg and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy waysg and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
