Throughout our four years of high school yes, even our twelve years in the Centerville Schools there has always beena kindly, sympathetic, and understand ing person to whom we could turn in the event of any difficulties. A person who was never critical, though we were sometimes criticized, whose wealth of under standing and quiet demeanor is such that one can almost visualize the glow of a halo. We were indeed fortunate to have such a friend as e teacher owe to whom we might affectionately dedicate this book, not in payment for all she has done for us, but in acknowledgment f it It has been a long trail to this, the proudest moment of our lives, and a quiet word of encouragement has been just what we needed several times to give us that necessary lift to go on.
