Our Science Courses Are Rich and Complete This laboratorv is the center of scientific activities in the High School. The Science Department is one of the most active organizations in the high school. There have been many new developments, including the acquisition of numerous pieces of new equipment and the remodel- ing of the lab itself. In the different departments, Mr. Huffman headed an extracurricular dissection class composed of boys interested in anatomy. This was the first activity of it's kind in Center- ville's history. Another first at Centerville was the 7: 15 physics class with Mr. Laird instructing. Mr. Huffman taught lab procedure to his chemistry classes, and his general science students were intro- duced to the lab and the basic prin- ciples of science.
