They are selected according to the following qualifications: 1. Dependability. 2. Leadership. 3. Service. 4. Patriotism. From among these six, the high school faculty selects one girl and one boy. The girl chosen receives a certificate from the National Society in Washing' ton, and upon graduation will be presented with a by the Monongahela Valley Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. A test'on current events and United States history is given the girl winners in the State, from the results of the test, the Good Citizen from the State is chosen. .-23...
