Text from Pages 1 - 64 of the 1958 volume:

cTo reword The 1958 edition of The Bulldog has been complied and published with the sole purpose of providing the student body with a collection of memories of the years which they have spent at the Centerville School. Those years which should have been among the happiest ones of their lives. It has been the sincere desire of the Staff to produce an annual which would portray high school life in its various aspects, its moments of serious- ness as well as its times of fun. If, in the coming years this book affords a pleasant moment of reminiscence our goal will have been achieved. 2 ecUcatitot To Mrs. Clara Cole, English teacher of Centerville High School, the Staff, with profound respect and deep admiration, proudly dedicates the 1958 edition of the Bulldog. Her keen sense of humor, lovable disposition, and enthusiastic manner have endeared her to students and associates. Therefore, it is with the greatest pleasure that we dedicate the 1958 annual to Clara Cole. MRS. CLARA COLE Gerttervt lie High C LARA COLE S. E. Mo. State College Arkansas State College B.S.
