The teachers are treating the seniors to a seven course dinner and they hired Vaughn Monroe's Orchestra for dinner music, and Harry Iames' for dancing. By three o'clock the faculty members are still going strong -now they're holding a jitterbug contest. On the other hand, our senior pal is slowly, but surely, drifting off into dreamland. Finally, he is forced to leave the gala event. Back to his humble home, the senior falls wearily into bed-completing the end of a very boring day. However, our senior buddy has one compensa- tion-Y-for tomorrow there Will be no Kennett. Besides, they must be fresh for the next class, which is swimming and diving taught by the one and only, Miss Esther Williams. However, our particular senior finds this class somewhat dull, so he amuses himself by walking up and down the hall with his steady . Iust for kicks, he puts a silver dollar into the juke boxef incidentally there are two on every floor. For a short interlude the couple entertains each other by doing their version of the Charleston. Three O'clock he gives his honey a swift kick and hurries to his flying lesson. His instructor, who has just recently come home at Twelve O'clock High , is better known as Gregory Peck. Greg, who is in a gay mood, allows our buddy to fly down to St. Louis, where they stop for a short rnalt.
