Besides, they must be fresh for the next class, which is swimming and diving taught by the one and only, Miss Esther Williams. However, our particular senior finds this class somewhat dull, so he amuses himself by walking up and down the hall with his steady . Iust for kicks, he puts a silver dollar into the juke boxef incidentally there are two on every floor. For a short interlude the couple entertains each other by doing their version of the Charleston. Three O'clock he gives his honey a swift kick and hurries to his flying lesson. His instructor, who has just recently come home at Twelve O'clock High , is better known as Gregory Peck. Greg, who is in a gay mood, allows our buddy to fly down to St. Louis, where they stop for a short rnalt. In cz soft-spoken voice, she invites our comrade to lunch. Hot, free lunches are a new program in this institution, so we take the escalator down into the newly decorated cafeteria, whose furnishings are known throughout the world. It is the only school cafeteria which features love seats and a color scheme of scarlet and black. Our senior sticks his nose high into the air, because the menu is exceptionally poor today-it features chilled pine- apple juice, hot turkey sandwiches, Waldorf Salad, Caviar, hot fudge sundaes, and assorted cashews. By three o'clock the faculty members are still going strong -now they're holding a jitterbug contest. On the other hand, our senior pal is slowly, but surely, drifting off into dreamland.
