Some relaxation-he has to cook Teachers After a vigorous meal of a hamburger and malt the return to school is a pleasant one and teaching once more takes on its better looks. For the remainder of the day things go rather smooth. This is due to the fact that because of a strange illness many pupils are absent. At 3:46 the good ieeling is punctuated by the thought ot having completed a good days work: but this is soon interrupted by the reminder of a meeting or some extra activity that they are sponsoring. Once more at home, While grading papers each one recalls a particular person or incident and upon thinking of these incidents lists for detention, failures and lowering of grades are made out. Not Wanting to go to bed with this depressing business hanging over them, the papers are hastily regraded, each score raised, and the lists destroyed. So with not only the thought ot tomorroW I'll be more pleasing and give higher grades but also another day, another Sl.5O , they retire and so ends a day in the lite of a teacher.
