THE ALUMNI' .-go,-. The Centerville High School Alumni Association was organized years ago. All graduates of regular courses of the High School are members. The first gradu- ate was Mrs. Jennie Drake-Sawycrs, in the year 1875. Since that time there have been 1357 graduates, the largest class being in 1925 with 99 members. The Alumni have always been loyal and enthusiastic supporters of all the activities of the High School, and the School is always glad to welcome them to the auditorium, gymnasium or athletic field. In the fall the Alumn-i furnish the chapel program for the annual Home Coming Day. This year we had interesting speeches by Mr. H. C. Haynes '89, Mrs. Celia Mishler '97, Helen Schenck '10, Hugh Guernsey '12, Henry Dukes '13. On the Monday following Commencement the Alumni annually give a ban- quent at which the members of the graduating class are guests of honor. The officers of the Alumni for the present year are: Louis Ritchell '13, President, Claude Henaman '99, Treasurer, and Hugh Winter '25, Secretary. 1925 COMMENCEMENT HONORS Honor Students- FANNlE ALEXANDER, CLARA SHALLCROSS. Winners of the Gold C- FANNIE ALEXANDER, CLARA SHALLCROSS, WARREN SMITH, MARY EATOCK, HELEN HORNE, WANNETTA LISETOR, NAOMI JONES. Winner: of the Sawyer: Prize- : MARGARET HOWE, OPAL VAN DORN. Winners of the Frankel Prize- MARY EATOCK, LOIS DAVISON.
