Mr. Clark, P. T.A, President, greets the audience who attended Founder's Day program. Mrs. Fellhauer takes notes during the business meeting. Above, the Past Presidents, Mrs. Time out for food and fellowship. Crowley and Mrs. Youle, are honored by Mrs. Clark. The Center South P. T.A. has been in existance for three years, and has an enrollment of 548 members. Not a day passes but some of them are actually present at school, where they work in the store, assist at parties, or act as substitute teachers. Mothers and fathers sponsor our dance classes, Boy Scout, Girl Scout and Campfire Girl groupsg they ardently support om' football, basketball and track teams. Besides these and other activities, the members of the P. T,A. plan endlessly for the comfort, health and enjoyment of the student body. They work closely with our Board of Education and administrators to insure that our school plants grow and expand to house the children of a fast growing community. Our student body is grateful to our P. T.A. members, Indeed, we are very fond of them. And why not? They are our very own mothers and fathers and teachers. 1 Our Mothers and Fathers Work 19
