Study, extra-curricular activities, and class pro- jects keep the student body and faculty busy from 7:50 to 3:15 each clay. Confusion and congestion result during the five- minute breaks between classes and the ten-minute break in the afternoon. Everyone scurries to and from lockers, the office, the telephone, the bookstore, and the water fountains. SHE'S REAL FINE, MY 409 . . . Jack Sutton spins the latest records as students end Homecoming festivities at the annual dance. iuiiofi Float, Sopiomoae Qazm, Wage-itfauukiq Pleas for victory and festivities dominated Homecoming activities. A bonfire pep rally was staged to create spirit the night preceding the game. Homecoming events opened with the annual chicken dinner sponsored by the senior class, The snappy band performance included the feature twirlers with fire batons. The halftime show was highlighted by the showing of the class floats. Juniors earned first place with the theme Ice Cream for Victory, Soda You, and freshmen placed second with Blast Off to Victory. To make the evening perfect the 1962 Troians became thelsecond team in the history of Center Grove to win a Homecoming game. Highlights of the evening came to a climax with the crowning of Queen Patsy Jones, sophomore, by last year's queen, Carol Sutton. M W tai 4 HOMECOMING ARISTOCRACY . . .
