. IE. pnophecy Ten years have now passed since the Center Grove Seniors of 1957 have graduated. The three of us made a research of all our classmates to see what these dignified seniors turned out to be. Joyce Core is the head dietician and slop slinger at Punk Pearcy's Cafe in Yellow Willers, Indiana. Also in the restaurant business is Ray Stewart, a chef at Chong Kong's Restaurant in Chinatown, San Franciso. After working himself up from a school teacher to a principal and from a principal to a college professor, Lee Power has become the President of Georgia Tech University. Don Black- well is the all-star football player at the University of Kentucky. The richest and most successful man in Strassburg's Department Store in New York is Freddie Nuffer, who is the head designer of rnen's clothing. Lee Wolverton is the best model they have for modeling men's bathing suits. Also, modeling at Macy's Department Store in New York is Beverly Boltz Sandy Day is anewslady, you might say, selling newspapers on a street corner in Indianapolis. Jackie Strouse is a very successful elevator operator in the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We folmd out the other day that Jean -Brewer is a stewardess in the L. G. A. fLarry Gates's Airlines.J Norman Ford isn't quite as lucky as Don Borski, who is an owner of a chain of Texaco Stations. Norman just owns the Thrifty Corner Gas Station. Che of the biggest nights at Madison SquareGarden will be when the feather-weight champion, Jack Ramsey, appears in the boxing arena. The last we heard of Barbara Ogle, she was a rodeo rider and bronco buster in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Bob King, the young, and up-coming television comedian, appeared on the Howard Peters' All-Star Westem Review the other night. Phyllis Clearwater is the famous singer with the Jazz band of Roy Swartz. Chestora Royston has become a multimillionaire as an artist. One of her wel.l-known masterpieces is Old C. G. High. Carol Duke is the choir leader of the Bargersville Symphony Choir, fall of which there are 10 members.D Bob Wise and Suzy Stewart, of Wise and Stewart Hell Drivers Inc., are trying to teach Kay Smithey how to be a hell driver. 1They don't have to try very hard,J We heard that one of our very own classmates was the 500-Mile winner this year. He was none other than Oren Hyatt. One of the most reckless taxi drivers in Paris is Ruby Demaree. Q And to think that she was Miss Betty Crocker in high school.J A big man nowadays in Washington, flndianaj, is four-star General, William Meek. Rushh Reynolds, the President of the United States has just issued a statement banning English as a requirement in Center Grove High School. Sue Doty is Miss Sophisticate of 1967. Dottie Clouse is now a maid at the mansion of J mile Weddle, who became a millionaire by modeling Tycora sweaters. Betty Mallott is a traveling saleslady and uses her old car, Rosebud, which she has had since her high school days. Billie Duke, of course lives in Tennessee and is the owner of the biggest moonshine still in them thar' hills. Eleanor DeMott has started a chain of Court Taverns all over the United States. One of the largest chains of root beer and hot dog stands in the U. S. A. is owned by' Kay Kiphart and Marcia Whitaker. They call their big Business the K and W Curly Dog Stands. The most listened to disc jockeys on station C G T X is Russell Martin, the rock and roll cat. Next to Liberace, the greatest pianist in the world is Margie Ross? Janice Hawkins is a famous opera star in the Metropolitan Opera. She is the only one in opera history who can hold a single musical note for four minutes without taking a breath. Bernadine See owns and trains over 150 thoroughbred horses in the bluegrass state of Ken- tucky. Shirley McCormick, her long time friend, helps her by cleaning out the stables. .Timmy Dresslar has become the first man to reach the moon in the new X- 100 Rocket Ship. At last report he was still there, trying to get back, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Plummer are happily married and the last we heard of them, they had traveled abroad to France on a second honeymoon.
