FEATURE Danny Saunders and F rancie Brown- ing. ACTIVITIES AND CLASS NEWS David Zurschmeide, Chuck Ragle, Nancy Gray, Jimmy Wall, Sandy Hittle, and Vera Duke. The Center Grove Flash was formed again this year under the direction of the English department. It was published monthly by the students of Center Grove High School. The faculty sponsors included Mrs. Jean Robertson, Mrs. Claire Armstrong, and Mr, Cole Watkins. Miss Mary Lockwood was also associated with the newspaper until her resignation from the teaching staff in the early part of the year. The managing editors for the second straight year were Marjorie Ross and p Marcia Whitaker. Assisting them were Betty Malott, Darrel Parris, and Elaine Meredith as associate editors. Many of the other students at C.G.H.S. were also on the staff and assisted with the publishing of the paper. HUMOR Janice Hawkins and Kay Smithey. The newspaper has not only brought alot of information to the student body: ' but also has helped the staff to become more acquainted with journalism, and EXCHANGE the staff feels that they have had a lot of fun in doing it.
