Mr. Barnes oversees the dispensing of district funds in a manner that demands sound financial judgment and ability. Mr. Carl J. Burk, Director of Curriculum and Research, channels the pertinent areas of information into the schools. His department is most instrumental in helping the teachers in the development of programs of instruc- tion and evaluation.

Mr. North and Mrs. Heilman work constantly with boys and girls to attain a better understanding of the student and administrator relationship and also the stu- dent-teacher support. Scheduling and work with the Boys' and Girls' Leagues merely take up any slack between all their other activities. Congratulations to both for outstanding iobs.
