At 2:15 excited Chargers began filling up the gym for the Homecoming Assembly. The Assembly be- gan with the school song as the cheerleaders and lancers did their routines. Mr. Davis welcomed us to Homecoming, Coach Hembrough talked about his game plans and Mary Beth Diener, Student Council President, introduced the activities. The traditional Interserve Skit portrayed the varsity players and was followed by the class competition, which was won by the Junior Class. Then, the moment we had all been waiting for, the Homecoming court was announced.
