At 2:15 excited Chargers began filling up the gym for the Homecoming Assembly. The Assembly be- gan with the school song as the cheerleaders and lancers did their routines. Mr. Davis welcomed us to Homecoming, Coach Hembrough talked about his game plans and Mary Beth Diener, Student Council President, introduced the activities. The traditional Interserve Skit portrayed the varsity players and was followed by the class competition, which was won by the Junior Class. Then, the moment we had all been waiting for, the Homecoming court was announced. These lasting memories will always be treasured. 1: Student Council President, Mary Beth Diener, introduces the Varsity Cheerleaders. 2: Keith Stamper gets a kick out of Miss Piggy. 3: Keith Stamper (alias Marcy Levy) and Dave Wilkinson (alias Faline McConkie) discuss Miss Piggy's new Madonna wardrobe. 4: Band gets assembly going with school song. 5: It looks like Andrea Bailey did get some pudding in Gus Furla's mouth. 6: The 1985 Homecoming Court: bottom row L to R: Cindy Pyle, Marissa Diener, Erin Cook, Janet Bickers, Mary Beth Diener.
