High School Reality Becomes Memory. The graduation ceremony was held in the Civic Auditorium which was filled with families and friends of the graduates. Entertainment was provided by the Concert Band and Concert Choir. Mr. Ken Servas, Principal, an- nounced the winners of awards and scholarships. Laura Zimmerman was valedictorian and Marion Rutledge was salutatorian. jim Bryan received the Senior Cup for outstanding achieve- ment in all-around activities. As usual, members of the school board present- ed the diplomas. Everything went smoothly except that in all the excite- ment, one girl forgot her diploma and one boy proceeded to walk off in the wrong direction. loy was evident everywhere as form- er seniors left as Centennial High School graduates.
