Homecoming Week Fun Filled. Homecoming 72 was a complete success. We're the real thing was the theme which bonded together the event, the students and the school. A week of class and club activ- ities included poster competition, button sales, yell competition, skit competition, float competition and a different race every day during A and B lunches. The day of the game, during the Homecoming assembly, the skits and Queen Cindy Calhoun were presented to the student body. Princesses were Patti Dickson, Linda Hicks, Laura Garner, and Vicki Cren- shaw. Finally-the big game took place and the Eagles stomped Hood River with a score of 54-6. Grand Marshalls Don Wright and Bill McCord led the parade which included the floats and rally. Half time entertainment included the Hi-C's, the marching band, and the results of the competition, showing seniors taking first place with freshman second. After the Eagle victory, everyone retreated to the traditional Home- coming Dance featuring Wesak, thus ending an exciting week of Homecoming festivities.
