Sodales brings joy to adopted grandmotherg deal in drama 84 love. Sodales is a social service club, which any girl can join. They have regular meetings to plan future events in- volving time and work. One of the major activities of So- dales last year was the adoption of a grandmother at the Village Con- valescent Home. They were also active putting on a puppet show at Pixie Playland, collecting food for Snow Cap and having a Progressive Dinner. They had a banquet as they do every year, which was held at the Quay. They also had fun in the sun at Kah-Nee-Ta. Sodales club officers were: presi- dent-Lori Thomas, secretary-Martha Durkee, and treasurer - Ruth Ann Schultz. The advisor for the year was Mrs. Owen. Cen-Delta Sponsors X-mas Dance, The Innocence of Christmas. The attention of Cen-Delta Mem- bers focused on the membership drive during the first weeks of activity, cul- minating with their annual Get Togeth- er Tea, in which the old members en- tertained the girls interested in joining the club. Candy sales were held to earn mon- ey to sponsor the Christmas formal. All the committees worked diligently to complete their plans and ideas and made Innocence of Christmas formal meet their highest hopes of perfection. Club members had secret pals and performed various duties of service throughout the school, including the job of cleaning the trophy case win- dows.
