Girls' Lecigue Sponsors Sleigh Ride Girls' League's purpose is To give all girls a chance for leadership and a place in The school's activities. Every year They sponsor a Big and Little Sister Tea, The Christmas Dance and The Girl-of-the-Month awards. This year There. have been monthly meetings which proved to be very interesting to The girls. This year's president was Nancy Austinson and the advisors are Mrs. Roberts and Miss Thalhofer. Nancy Austinson is making an important announcemet for Girls League.

This year the members, under the direction of Mr. Olson, advisor, and Ken Owens, president, made many skiing Trips to Mt. Hood. The editors are busy preparing the next edition of the paper. TALON STAFF The Talon Staff's main obiective is to pro- duce our bi-monthly school newspaper that keeps the students well-informed of school activities. This year there have been two staffs: the fall staff with editor-in-chief Bev Elder, and the spring staff with Roger Penn as editor-in- chief. These staffs have worked under the di- rection of Mr. Bailey.
