Ann Gullion was a surprised senior when she learned that she was chosen this year's Football Queen. BLUEMOON A Blue Moon theme gave an en- chanting atmosphere to this year's an- nual Football Dance which was spon- sored by Pep Club and Rally. Chosen to rule over the semi-formal dance was Queen Ann Gullion and escort Vance Cannucci. Included in her court was iunior princess Ardyce Dempsey and escort Ron Duquette, sophomore princess Gail Fandrich and escort Jim Arvidson, and freshman princess Pat Elder with Mike Chamberlain as escort. Wayne Hagoes did the honor of crowning the Queen, and later when asked about the dance she said All I can remember is BLUE CREPE PAPE.R all over. ff Queen Annabelle l X I ,ti 92 914

OPEN HOUSE Open house was held on No- vember l. Providing a time when parents could come and see iust what their youngsters were doing in school. They Talked with the Teachers and visited the various classrooms. Here, Mr. Wiesinger is talking wih one of the parents and explaining the fundamentals of first year shop. SQUARE DANCE December 9 marked the date for the Square Dance sponsored by the National Honor Society. lt was a hill- billy affair with haystacks, scarecrows, and even a pie eating contest. The pies were donated by Chi-Ata mem- bers and the winner of the event was Berdetta Jenkins. One of the better dressed couples was Melinda Baird and Rick Nelson. Along with the fall ac- tivities, we cannot forget the favorite sport, football. With a crowd of cheerers like this, the Three Stooges, the Rally, and Centennial Rooters, how could we have helped but win this game.
