I Once again it is my pleasure to greet you through the medium of the college yearbook. Its publication signifies that another school year nears completion. Through its pages we may view a record of the activities, achievements and events of the graduate 49 ' ers and their associates. Here is a record of the year ' s activities, but the real value must be measured by the intangible qualities of heart and mind. The Christian college has as its main purpose the enrichment of its students with something fine, sub- stantial and dynamic in mind, body and soul. Such gains as these cannot be recorded in the pages of a yearbook or in the college bulletin; these gains can only be judged by the young men and women who are a part of the college. It is the hope of the faculty and administration that while here you may be thus endowed to realize the demands of a changing world and to accept the challenge which it presents. Joe J. Mickle.
