The Guild is Centenary's religious and philanthropic organization. It has contributed much to local, national, and international societies. The Guild is one of the clubs in the school which has one hundred per cent member- ship, and we are very proud of this record. Without the interest and cooperation of all of the girls, we could not have accomplished as much as we did. We opened our season with a huge picnic in The Groveg every member of the faculty and the student body was invited to attend. We had plenty of good things to eat, open fires, perfect weather, a few late-season swimmers, and, to top it all, a faculty-student baseball game that, to this day, remains one of the high spots of the year. We sponsored d h l or anizations. We also sponsored a card party for the benefit of local an sc oo g ' l' ' a new ex eriment for Centenary, and a very Religious Emphasis Week, which was p successful one. Everyone of us has benefited in some way by our membership in the Guild.
