HE Sigma Gamma Phi traternity has exerted its ettorts the past year tor the betterment ot our school and our community. The aim of the brother- hood is to create high standards ot' character. The Kappa Zeta Chi society and Sigma Gamma Phi fraternity combined to present a three-act farce en- titled Cheerio My Dear . A record crowd attended and a successtul pertormance was given. The organization now has an active membership ot twenty-three brothers. HIS year has been a very successful one for Delta Sigma Chapter ot the Chi Sigma Chi fraternity, tor a spirit ot' real brotherhood has developed. Fifteen boys have become Chi Sigma Chi brothers this year. At present there are more than thirty active members in the school. ln addition to its regu- lar meetings, Delta Sigma Chapter has held round table discussions, tureen suppers, and parties ot all kinds. The annual banquet was held on the evening ot Saturday, March IS, l94l, at the Hotel James- town. Thirty-eight members were present and this was one ot our most outstanding events of the year. The chapter is especially proud of its members who have attended and are attending such colleges and universities as Allegheny, Alfred, Rochester, Yale, and Leland Powers and also ot its members who are now in the United States Army or Navy. Delta Sigma Chapter talces this opportunity ot wishing success and happiness to the class of l94I.
