Totts The spirit of a school is expressed, for the most part, in intangibles; the cheerful greeting in the hall, the respect shown teachers and administrators, the sportsmanlike attitude of the crowd at an athletic contest. It is a happy circumstance, however, when a school is fortunate enough to have as superintendent a man who exemplifies these intangibles in a very personal way. We, the Senior Class, wish to thank you, Mr. Potts, for giving reality to the spirit of Celina High School, and for your constant concern for student welfare. Because you, as superintendent, have set high standards for our school, we, as indi- viduals, have been inspired to set our personal goals high. ; m The key to every student ' s personality is his own most important possession. There are as many varia- tions inability to use the key as there ar.e individuals. And this key unlocks many different facets of any student ' s personality. An integral part of each per- son is his degree of self-control-his self discipline. Self-discipline is the product of discipline, judiciously applied. To you, Mr. Brandon, we offer our most sincere thanks for providing a high school situation in which discipline progressed regularly toward its ultimate goal of self-discipline. Another important facet of personality is an individual ' s vocational adjustment. To you, Mrs. Van Camp, we tender our appreciation for your patient guidance in helping each of us realize his potential in his vocational planning. To the faculty, we say a heartfelt thank-you for the many doors of understanding and appreciation which their keys of knowledge have opened for us. To the faculty, we say a heartfelt thank you for the many doors of understanding and appreciation which their keys of knowl- edge have opened for us. To you, Mr. Ashley Brandon, we, the Senior class of 1962, dedicate this issue of the Anilec in recognition of your many years of service in Celina High School. We shall always remember your consummate skill as a teacher; your wisdom and philos- ophy which enabled you to so effectively teach us lessons not to be found in textbooks. We hope that you will recall many happy memories as you turn the pages of this book. JEAN ALLEN Bowling Green, B. S. Home Economics I ? t ELSIE BAIR Indiana U. , M. S. Bowling Green, B. S.
