PRESIDENT VICE PRESIDENT Jack Grunden Ronnie Kittle SECRETARY Dick Loughridge ] TREASURER S ‘ ‘ ‘ a rid 8 : i Oe CLASS SPONSOR Mr. Ralph Huddlestun Chee History Harold Dickerson PO ee EEE AAS ARTA AAR ATE We, as freshmen, started through four grand years of high school life in 1947. We were under the leadership of Bob Spangler and advised by Mr. Moore. A freshman party was our most important social event during this first year of high school life. As sophomores, we became more interested in clubs and cutside activ- ities. Verne Mohr was our president and Mrs. Putman, our advisor. During this year, we took part in the operetta, Meet Arizona . We found our junior year filled with many activities. Don Hehmeyer was our president and Miss Benroth was our advisor. We took part in the | Variety Show and in the operetta, The Chocolate Soldier . For our junior play, we presented the three-act play, Stage Door . We sold Christmas | i cards and sold concessions at the basketball games to raise money for our prom. Hawaii was our theme setting for the prom and a senior queen and king were elected at the dance. The prom was a fine achievement for the class. All of our athletic teams won high honors in this year. We realized at last that we were soon to leave the halls of Celina High School. During this most important year, Jack Grunden was our pres- ident and Mr. Huddlestun, our advisor. The first homecoming, where a { queen and five attendants were elected to reign over the game and dance, ; was an unforgettable event of our last year. We had wonderful athletic seasons, took part in the variety show, and gave a successful class play. We are proud to be the Class of 1951. Patou ie . SOE PES
