Our organizations, some of them founded many years ago, are one of the most important parts of the life of a student because they have so successfully carried out their aims and purposes. J UNCIL The Student Council, composed of representatives of the student body and faculty, was organized to take carc of any problems of school govern- ment that might arise. The Council is composed of the student-body president and secretary, presidents and representatives of the classes, the president of the college and the deans. The Council is composed of the following members: John Fox. Chair- man and student-body president; Jane Frame, student-body secretory; Clyde Walker. Russel Roberts, Clayton Wiseman, and Robert Peterson, presidents of the senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman classes. Repre- sentatives of these classes in addition to the presidents are Raymond Sisson, senior: Royden Johnson, junior; Justin Northup, sophomore and Janette Neal, freshman. After the withdrawal of Robert Peterson. Norman Linton was elected freshman class president and took Peterson's place on the Council. Faculty representatives are Dr. W. R. McChesney. president of the col- lege. Miss Helen Santmyer. cean of women, and C. W. Steele, dean of men. JANE FRAME. Secretary Student Council.
