It was founded June 11, 1911-5, and is a non-profit youth organization. Any pupil who has been enrolled or is enrolled in homemaking may become a member. The Cedartown Chapter was organized this year-1952-1953. Its purposes are: to work toward better home and family living: to provide opportunities to share in solving problems important to home life: to increase opportunities for the develop- ment of leadership and intelligent participation. so much deeded in a democratic societyg and to sponsor group projects.
