Mr. Thomas undergoes a teritfic strain as he prepares the schedule of visitations and works out all the fine details of the ordeal. Teachers shudder and shake at the thought of being observed all day-students eagerly await the opportunity to shoot off their mouths. The sale of stimulants and sedatives reaches a new high as November 12 draws near. ?
