GUIDANCE SETTLES PROBLEMS Mr Smllhback interviews Sylvia Yass Members of the senior class were interviewed by Mr. Smithback from the Wisconsin State Em- ployment Agency. His counseling proved to be very effective in helping the students to find what jobs they were best suited for. Mrs Hunt counsels Elaine Eggert GUIDANCE The guidance program at C H S under the di rection of Mr Henken who counsels all the sen 1ors and Mrs Hunt who counsels the underclass men is centered around the 1nd1v1dual conference Each student is scheduled for at least one counsel mg period during the year such as Career Day College Day and speclal speakers who come throughout the year An orlentatlon program for the freshmen starts in the spring with an eighth grade day and is con tmued 1n September when the students are start mg their freshman year Special group guidance projects are carr1ed out in the classes throughout the year All of the teachers are available to the stu dents at all times for help with any problems thev may haxe Rosemary Depmes discusses her fuiure with Mr Henken l l l . , ' Y ' 3 - , .
