HONORS The Mirari salutes those who have met the challenge and have been singled out for special honors. They excelled scholastically, spent seemingly endless hours rehearsing in the band, choral, and drama rooms, endured the long athletic practices, and perfected skills By trying again and again. Whatever their accomplishments, have been, they have brought distinction to themselves and their school . They reflect what can be achieved a Cedar Shoals by working toward high goals in various activities. l-Max Steuer was chosen as the 1977 Cedar Shoals Star Student. He received the highest SAT score and is in the top 10% of the Senior Class. Seventy such awards are given to students in the nation each year. 5-Vivian Alexander re- ceived the D.A.R. Good Citizen Award- 6-Cedar Shoals seniors did well in the Junior Miss Competition this year.
