NOT JUST PLOWING The Cedar Shoals chapter of the Future Farmers of America were involved in a number of activi- ties this year„ Delegates were sent to the state convention, and they have also participated in district livestock judging, meat judging, land judging, and Parlimentary performance con- tests. They worked on land- scaping and beautifying the school grounds. Chuck Townsend, David Smith, IVlr. James Duttweiler, Clyde Brannen, Ed Dale Bennett-advisor, David Blackman, Maddox and Mark Frost WINS TWO YEARS STRAIGHT The Art Department is proud to have won the District Penny Art Contest for the past two years. Representing Cedar Shoals, Bill Gould has won the Grand Prize in the Design an Ad Contest for two years consectutively . This year saw a growing interest in Art. Students have been working lunch hours, free periods and staying after school to paint a six by eight foot mural for the school ' s hallways. . ■•
